Coco has called Los Angeles home for nearly twenty years. Always finding the real estate “gems” in each diverse location she has lived, from Atwater to Hancock Park, Mar Vista to the Valley, she has always had a passion for real estate. The purchase of a 1950’s Post and Beam in the San Fernando Valley sparked her interest in California’s signature architectural styles. Originally a mid-westerner and as a mother of four young children, she has a particular appreciation for Valley living, with an abundance of great schools and parks, homes with large lots on wide streets, and where a sense of community thrives. At Deasy/Penner, and in teaming up with modernist specialist Margot Tempereau, Coco offers her unparalleled design acumen, attention to detail, and passion for realizing each client’s home design dreams, coupled with her strong appreciation for Valley real estate, particularly the Valley’s extraordinary array of mid-century modern and ranch style homes and estates. |

“[Your client] really does owe you a big thank you. If not for you, we would have gone with different buyer.”
~ Robert B., Broker, Los Angeles
“I loved the way you handled that multiple offer situation - great job on your part!”
~ Isabelle M. Agent, Beverly Hills
“Thank you, I do appreciate your professionalism and communication throughout this process. However it turns out, you have been outstanding. ”
~ Sarah S., Agent, Los Angeles
“Thanks for everything, Margot. It was a pleasure working with you... and you truly got us the best price. We couldn't have done it without you. Yes, the champagne will be uncorked tonight! Yay!”
~ Virginia K., Thousand Oaks
“We can’t thank you enough .”
~ Heidi and Andy C., Granada Hills
“We feel so blessed to have had your guidance and generosity throughout the whole process of buying the house and we will forever be grateful.”
~ Simon D., Los Angeles
“Thanks so much for everything you've done to make the sale of our house such a success.
We knew we would need someone special to handle a Frank Gehry house in Calabasas, and we couldn’t be happier with the way things turned out. The home that has been in our family for three decades now has new owners who will appreciate its architectural value and raise their own family there. That's exactly what we hoped for, an outcome that will preserve the Benson House for future generations.
It took a unique familiarity with both design and Valley real estate to get us here. We especially appreciate your help ensuring that the appraiser understood the true value of the property.
We'd be happy to wholeheartedly recommend the two of you to future clients.”
